Shipping Rates (U.S. only)

-Orders under $75: $7.95 flat-rate shipping

-Orders $75 and up: FREE shipping

-Local pickup in Cumming, GA: FREE

The free shipping threshold is based on your order total after any discount codes are applied. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time

Every item is made to order and engraved by hand in our Cumming, GA shop. Engraved items usually ship within 3-5 business days after you order. This is the time it takes to make your product, not the delivery date.

Custom orders take longer. We'll give you a quoted completion time once we receive your order request. Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee; just ask.

Carrier & Tracking

Orders ship via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays are out of our control.

Free Local Pickup

Choose Free Local Pickup - Cumming, GA at checkout. We'll text or email you when your order is ready (usually 2-4 business days). We'll send the exact pickup address and time with your ready notice.

Holiday Shipping

Holiday order cutoff dates will be posted in November. Order early for the best chance of arriving before the holidays!

Delays

We strive to meet every deadline. If there's ever a production delay, we'll let you know right away.

We are not liable for any damage that may occur while hanging or using your product. Custom jewelry is made from hypoallergenic materials; please be aware of any allergies before purchasing.
