Shipping policy

Shipping: Buyer to pay quoted shipping charge. 

Turnaround Time: For custom orders, a quoted time for completion will be given to you once we receive your order request. This is the processing time to create your product, not the arrival date. Expedited order processing is an additional fee but may not always be available. Shipping times are estimated and carrier delays are out of our control. You will receive a tracking number on or before your quoted completion date. We strive to meet all quoted deadlines, however any production delays will be promptly communicated and may be out of our control.
